Ideally located to be within a 10 minute walk via public pathway down to the beach, cafes and Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Parking for 2 cars, with 1 in the carport, 2nd in a side parking bay and you can park a 3rd in the driveway, but in tandem with the carport.
