Downstairs is the large rumpus room with ping pong table and second TV and lounge area, plus neat side courtyard. With bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels, each with BIR all offering either a view of peaceful outlook.

Set in a uniquely private position, with plenty of off-street parking including a carport, with grassed park area just 2 minutes away, from where there's a great walking track down to Winney Bay and around to Avoca Beach. Located up the hill from Copacabana, which is about a 10-15 walk down to the beach or a 2 minute drive.
